Tooljin offers Free, Pro, and Business plans with the following daily limits:
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Tooljin reserves the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.
Payments: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and international cards worldwide. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Content you create using Tooljin belongs to you. Tooljin retains all rights to the underlying platform, AI models, interfaces, and technology. You may not claim ownership over any part of the Tooljin platform itself.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Tooljin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — always review before publishing. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
In no event shall Tooljin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. International users acknowledge that by using this Service they consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
